Daily Free Horse Racing Tips - Black Book - Randwick
The track at Randwick played fast - but there was a wind that wreaked havoc on the meeting, even knocking down the fence and delaying the Chelmsford Stakes.
It only delayed the inevitable though, Lindermann still bolted in.
For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Blake Johnston.
Ex Bookie turned punter. I was crowned Australia’s best tipster in 2024 by The Great Tip Off.
I reckon there are seven horses that we can follow from the meeting.
Some of them blind Freddy could find, a couple of them were hidden gems.
BARRENGARRY: Geez this was a win. Personally, I was on FELIX MAJESTIC and the market loved him - but he had every bloody chance. This bloke on the other hand, wide no cover first-up, he had no favours. He can only improve over further.
DECORUM: This bloke returned two stone lighted (gelded) and it might be the making of him. He had the wide draw against over a trip that was clearly short of his best, yet he powered through the line to record a dominant win.
UNLEASHING: Now this girl had no luck. She was held-up at a key stage before a run closed on her, and although the winner (DECORUM) would regardless have been too powerful late, we can be forgiving of the beaten margin. She can win second-up.
BEADMAN: Had the wide draw against over a trip that was short of his best, but didn’t he let rip late to record the second-best last 200m of the meeting. He can improve sharply next time over further from a better draw.
HEADWALL: He was first-up for almost exactly a year (he won this race last year). He was only fully tested late and he narrowed the margin because Tempted was throttled down. He’s got an electric turn of speed and has returned in good order.
CEOLWULF: He was given no hope. Began ok before letting rip late to clock the best last 800m, 600m, 400m, and 200m of the meeting. He did a terrific job with the race-shape against. Wait for the blinkers to go back on.
Cheers,
BJ
P.S. Last week: 3 Quaddies collected across 5 states.
2-from-4 winners (all ran a place) on Saturday.
+45.7 units, that’s $2,285 for a $50 per unit punter.
That's not luck. That's a system.
