Free Saturday Racing Tips - Randwick

G'day Punters, 

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Blake Johnston. I used to work for the bookies (Unibet, Bet365, Ubet, TopBetta) but in 2018 we (Sam Wood and I) started The Leg Up, the place where you can get free horse racing tips for Saturday as well as paid horse racing tips daily (for the more serious punter who doesn’t have time to do the form). Last week only our value play (Dubbo Boy) made it to the starting gates. 

He was a big firm in betting, but he didn't have any luck in the straight. 

I'm not delusional though, he wouldn't have worried the quinella anyway. 

I have two horses that I reckon are worth having some of our hard earned on. 

🔍 MICHELANGELO (Randwick R2) is another value play in a Highway. He's not in well under set weights when compared with the race-favourite MOON SWEEPER (he was good to us when I tipped him about six weeks ago), but I think his handicap rating hasn't caught up to his ability yet. MOON SWEEPER in his three-year-old season tackled some strong races in QLD, but so did this bloke, at his last start he finished seventh in the QLD Derby. Before that he won two on the trot and has showed a very sharp turn of foot in a recent short-course trial. Previously with Chris Waller he started below $20 in a two-year-old G1. He's got ability and might be too good for these at value odds ($9.50). 

🔍 BENEVAC (Randwick R7) was another who was good to us when I tipped him as the best bet two weeks ago. He beat key rival (ZOUFAME) there and although that horse gets a 2.5kg weight swing, I can't see him turning the tables. This bloke gets a positive draw and will be making his own luck on the speed, he wasn't favourite yesterday but he is today ($3.50), and I expect him to continue to firm.

P.S. Looking forward to seeing ICE KOOL (Randwick R9) go around again. He looks a very good horse but there is speed drawn inside him including key danger HAWKER HALL with James McDonald in the saddle. Should be a cracking race.
