Here are three horses that I think could pay to follow:

ANDREA: He was first-up from 130-days between runs on a testing track and the distance was short of his best. He was really warming up through the line and the quinella beat third easily. He will only be better suited over further and can strip fitter. Looks a future highway winner to my eye.

MASOUN: He’s starting to put it all together since getting to 2,400m. Hit his straps last start when hitting the line strongly with the pattern of the day to suit, but he’s backed it up here. Began ok before being restrained, he had a fast tempo to assist, but loved the way he knuckled down late. He can go one better with a low draw next time.

ROSELYN’S STAR: He went out a winner and looks to be back a better horse. He sat outside the leader and travelled like the winner a long way from home, love the way he extended to record a good winning margin. There is more to come.
