In June we won 129.27 units or $3,231.75 for a $25 per unit punter. 

This month we're currently +33.65 units or +$841.25 for a $25 per unit punter. 

This year we're killing the bad guys (not literally - but hurting their pockets!).... 

+303.20 units or $7,580 for a $25 per unit punter.

It's a tricky day at Rosehill, so let's try a couple of value plays.

🔍 MAFIA (Rosehill R2) was coming to get subsequent winner Cold Brew last start who shifted out and impacted this blokes momentum, it wouldn't have got upheld, but I would have thrown in a protest - I'm confident he would have won the race if there hadn't of been interference. He's such a consistent horse that maps well and is sure to be right in the finish again. 

🔍 DUBBO BOY (Rosehill R3) is ridiculous odds ($17). Two out of his last three runs meet the winning standard (ratings lingo) and his last start he was given no hope, restrained from the wide gate and had no luck getting clear in the straight - FORGET that beaten margin. Better draw, back to 1100m, and drops to a Class 2 Highway - they're all positives.

P.S. Looking forward to seeing Black Caviar's granddaughter (PANCHENKO) in the second race at Flemington. Should be a cracking clash with HARD KICK who couldn't have been anymore impressive on debut.
