Geez I am keen on one this Saturday….

And she’s in the feature race, the San Domenico Stakes.

It should be a cracking meeting.

For those of you that don’t know me, I am Blake Johnston, an ex bookie turned punter.

Here are my plays at Rosehill on Saturday:

BEST: Blue Door (Rosehill R8 No. 6) went terrific first-up when she looked underdone on the back of one trial. She travelled like the winner at the furlong but he condition just blew out late. She can strip fitter and will control the race from the front. Key dangers Guest House and Warwoven both draw to settle in the second half of the field and will be better suited over further. I reckon she wins.

VALUE: She’s An Artist (Rosehill R6 No. 1) looks to be flying in my opinion. Saved from a wide draw two weeks ago and in the nominations for a G3 race last week. The stable are on fire and she has looked slick in a couple of Melbourne trials. She won first-up last preparation and maps to settle no worse than midfield.
