Free Randwick Horse Racing Tips: Black Book Selections & Best Bets
G’day Punters,
Thanks for stopping by. My goal here is simple — fill your black book with future winners. Wouldn't we all love that?
For those new here, I'm Blake Johnston. Former bookie turned punter, crowned Australia's Best Tipster by The Great Tip Off.
Here are the horses I reckon can improve sharply next time you see them in the form guide.
BRAVE XENA — Terrific first-up run. Began well before being restrained for cover, settled midfield, then hooked out wide and ran on well, doing her best work through the line. Further suits.
UNLEASHING — Might have won. Began okay but showed no early intent, had no luck between the 800m and 400m, then hit the line strongly once clear. Forget the beaten margin.
TAKEN — Wide draw against first-up. Began well before being restrained, had the race-shape against him, but did his best work through the line. Can improve sharply second-up.
LINEBACKER — Ran well first-up. Began okay before being restrained for cover, and hit the line in the third-best last 800m of the meeting. Race shape completely against him.
TRAVOLTA — Ready to improve fourth-up. Began well before being restrained, had plenty to do, but ran the clear-best last 800m in the race. A low draw next time will help.
AELIANA — Right on track. Rider was negative on her early, she was held up between the 600m and 400m, and was a touch flat-footed when the sprint went on. Loved the late strength. Up in trip next time suits.
IDLE FLYER — Ready now. Began okay before being restrained to last, and clocked the best last 800m of the race. Dropping back a notch would be ideal.
BRAVE ONE — Well beaten, and didn't clock the best closing splits — but his handicap rating allows him to drop in grade second-up. Began well before being restrained to last, worked home nicely, and can race on speed at his best.
NEPO BABY — Very good late, first-up. Began well before being restrained to last, and loved the way she found the line. Can settle much closer next time and improve sharply.
IL PASSERO — Good effort first-up. Began well before being restrained to the back, and found the line nicely. Better suited over further, and can settle much closer next time.
Put 'em in your black book, and back them if they get the right setup next time you see them in the form guide.
Cheers,
BJ
