Saturday was a good day on the punt - we sent out 3 tips and 2 of them won (TAZIMA & MIDNIGHT DYNAMITE). We finished 32.45 units or $811.25 for a $25 per unit punter in front of the bookies. The meeting at Randwick played even in my opinion, fence in run won four and those who travelled off the fence won six of the ten race.

Here are my horses to follow:

HURRY MISS: She’s a future Highway winner if I have ever seen one. Last preparation she was spelled after a luckless run in this grade and her first-up run was a cracker, she was given no hope. She began well first-up from 140-days between runs from the outside draw but was restrained to last, she was clear inside the final furlong before hitting the line strongly. Her last 800m was four lengths better than any other horse in the race. Follow.

BONIFACE: This horse was having his second start in Australia and ran terrific. He was well supported late in the betting but just ran into one horse who was rock hard fit and a little bit too tough for him over the concluding stages. He presented at the right time before peaking slightly on his effort late, he should be at his absolute peak third-up over a similar trip.

BIG RED TEQUILA: She ran well first-up and then wasn’t suited staying at 1,000m with the likes of ICE KOOL in the field. She was wide with cover from the winner ICE KOOL but was no match over the concluding stages. She’s ready to win third-up from a better draw over slightly further.

Honourable mention to SUNSHINEINMYPOCKET who has come back in career best form but nobody missed the win, and ICE KOOL who did it tough and still proved too good for his rivals, he’s destined for better.

Throw them in your black book, they will all go close to winning next time.
